Combination of Yoga, Pilates, & Physical Therapy exercises on a mat with Myofacial Release techniques.  No standing. $10 drop-in cost.   

Chair yoga stretches with rehabilitation exercises.  Senior Discount $15 for twice a week class for month, or $5 drop-in.  (Closed holidays)

Physical Therapy exercises and stretches done reclining. Senior Discount $25 month, or $10 drop-in.  Bring a mat & towel.  All ages welcome....
